SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Most orders are shipped within
1 to 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Domestic Customers
FREE SHIPPING on purchases of $150 USD or more is limited to domestic destinations via UPS Ground shipping (contiguous U.S. only). You must purchase a total of $150 USD worth of items before taxes, shipping and handling. Additional charges apply for express shipping.

Standard method of shipment is only $7 USD for orders less than $150 USD via UPS Ground and is limited to U.S. destinations only. It may take up 5 to 7 business days to reach its destination in the continental United States.

Expedited shipping requests via Standard-Expedited (3 business days) or Next Day Air Economy are shipped via UPS only, and must be specified during checkout before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time to ensure same day processing.
USPS Mail will be used for U.S. P.O. Box, Military, off-shore U.S. destinations, and international shipping addresses.

“Adult Signature” will be required for orders over $180 USD unless we receive specific request via email from the ordering customer to waive this requirement and release of www.nubra.com‘s shipping related liabilities. This requirement cannot be waived for orders over $250 USD per Paypal’s request.

Tracking information will be provided once the shipping label is created and will be sent to your email address on file.

International Customers
All international orders will be shipped via USPS International Mail, which may take approximately 7 to 10 business days after processing for your package to arrive. Tracking information will be provided once the shipping label is created and will be sent to your email address on file.

Due to distribution rights we have for the following countries, we are not shipping to addresses in Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore. Please email us for more information on where to purchase NuBra® in those countries.

If your country is not included in our system, the shipping cost portion will be left blank. We will notify you of the shipping cost payment procedure via email.

**Please note that the customer is responsible for all additional fees including, but not limited to: taxes, duties, and fees associated with the custom clearance of the goods. **

Unconfirmed Shipping Address
Due to growing number of identity theft and credit card fraud nowadays, PayPal warns us that the ‘ship to’ address is not confirmed (generally because it is not the same as the billing address) and raises a flag indicating that there is a risk associated with this transaction.
It is our obligation to verify the information via email before we are able to process the order. If we receive an order with an “Unconfirmed” shipping address, the order will be put on hold and an email will be sent to the email address on file. The order will be released until we receive an email response with the requested information.

What can I do to prevent my order from being on hold?
We advise our customers to take the following necessary steps:

Check your record with Paypal first to make sure that all of your information is correct
and up-to-date.

Check your email inbox/spam folder regularly right after placing your NuBra® order, chances are you have an email pending from NuBra® Information

Why has my order been canceled and fully refunded?
For Paypal orders that have “Unconfirmed” shipping addresses, and are not confirmed via email within the first week of the order date will be canceled and fully refunded back to the customer’s account. The customer may reorder, but will need to confirm their billing and shipping information via email.
