RETURN POLICY

The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.nubra.com. All store purchases may only be returned to the original store or online store of purchase. Please contact your original store of purchase for their Return Policy information.

**FINAL SALE: Due to personal hygiene concerns, ALL sales of self-adhesive NuBra®, panties, accessories, and promotional items are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

**For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange or refund as described below, the NuBra® must not be tried on and unworn inside its original sealed packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions that were shipped with the order and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Please note that returns are only available for online purchases made through www.nubra.com.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoiced date and we will require any return or exchange to have a Return Authorization Number. You must email NuBra® Customer Service at info.nubra@mail.com to obtain one, and please email a copy of your invoice, images of the inside of the NuBra® cups (if opened), and a brief description stating your reason for return. ALL returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling is non-refundable. At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.

RETURN LIMITATIONS
ALL self-adhesive NuBras®, panties, accessories, and promotional items may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
Returns must not be tried on and unworn inside its original sealed packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions that were shipped with the order.

RETURN PROCESS

If we receive your item(s) back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, we will not issue a refund or replacement. Such returns will NOT be sent back to you.

  • Procedures for Returns
  • Email NuBra® Customer Service at info.nubra@mail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please include in the email a copy of your invoice, images of the inside of the NuBra® cups (if opened), and a brief description stating your reason for return.
  • After obtaining a Return Authorization Number, securely pack your return item(s), copy of your invoice in a box of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
  • Place the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using an economical and standard carrier service that provides tracking information. Return shipping is non-refundable unless you received the wrong item(s) shipped.
  • The return mailing address will be provided with your Return Authorization Number via email.
  • Once inspection is complete, a NuBra® Representative will email you 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date to let you know the results.
    **ALL returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling is non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
Exchanges are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped
Should you receive damaged defective, or the wrong item(s) shipped, please email info.nubra@mail.com to retrieve a Return Authorization Number and Return Mailing Address
in order to return the NuBra® item(s) within 30 days from the invoiced date. We will refund the return shipping only if you received the wrong item(s) shipped with a copy of the invoice.
We recommend using an economical and standard carrier service that provides
tracking information.

To ensure prompt processing, please provide a copy of your invoice and Return Authorization Number. Please make sure to specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) shipped along with images of the inside of the NuBra cups (if opened) via email info.nubra@mail.com. Upon receiving your return package, our NuBra® Returns Department will inspect your item(s)®. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please make sure to specify it via email as well. We will be glad to send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no additional cost, as long as the item(s) are in stock. If the item(s) are not in stock, you will be notified via email and will have the option of 1.) Substitute the item(s) for a similar one with same pricing or 2.) Receive a full refund for that item back to your account. Returns must not be tried on and unworn inside its original sealed packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions that were shipped with the order.

REFUNDS
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.
You will also receive an email confirmation of the amount refunded.
